Join Advocate Law as a Receptionist and Office Assistant in Moose Jaw, where you'll be the first point of contact for clients and play a vital role in office operations. This position provides opportunities for growth into a Legal Assistant role.
Advocate Law is looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to fulfill the Receptionist role. You will interact daily with clients, manage incoming calls, and assist with general legal office tasks. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients and ensure an inviting atmosphere
• Handle phone calls efficiently and direct inquiries
• Process payments accurately and maintain transactions
• Assist with various administrative duties
• Conduct daily deliveries within the Moose Jaw region
Requirements:
• Valid driver's license required for deliveries
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
• Competence in using multi-line phone systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality
