Join Procom as a Bilingual Commercial Contracts Specialist, where you will own the full contract lifecycle and enhance our negotiation capabilities for Consulting and Workforce. Your bilingual skills will support our diverse client base.
This critical position requires a professional with at least five years of experience in commercial contract negotiation. You will navigate client interactions, leading the negotiation of MSAs and SOWs while ensuring a fluid client journey. Partnering with Account Managers, you will facilitate a smooth negotiation process that balances client satisfaction with Procom's commercial interests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead contract negotiations and manage the lifecycle
• Develop strategies to mitigate risks in client agreements
• Ensure consistent contract terms across business lines
• Act as a liaison between sales and the legal team
• Monitor negotiation practices for efficiency
Requirements:
• 5+ years in commercial contract negotiations
• Bilingual in English and French, spoken and written
• Familiarity with commercial contract structures
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities
• Proven skills in conflict resolution and analysis
