In this vital role, you'll serve as a floor manager, ensuring guests receive top-notch guidance through the sales process. Your expertise will help train and coach Guest Advisors while monitoring lead pipelines using Dealer Socket. This role also includes supporting pre-owned vehicle acquisitions, ensuring timely retail readiness, and enhancing customer journey engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively manage sales floor for guest guidance
• Coach and train Guest Advisors on best practices
• Engage guests with a professional purchasing experience
• Monitor lead pipelines using Dealer Socket CRM
• Promote and confirm appointments to drive traffic
Requirements:
• Previous automotive and customer-facing experience
• Strong passion for customer service excellence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Driven, self-motivated, and coachable mindset
• Valid BC Driver's License with a clean abstract
