Key Responsibilities:
• Identify potential partners across various industries
• Build and maintain strong franchisee-supporting relationships
• Develop preferred vendor and referral programs
• Support negotiations and program setups with leadership guidance
• Gather feedback on vendor quality and service
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in business development or related fields
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Proficient in CRM tools like Hub Spot or Salesforce
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
