Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia is seeking an Audit Coordinator for a contract role until June 2027 in Burnaby. Be a key player in managing audit processes and enhancing program efficiency.
As Audit Coordinator, you will oversee audit documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communication throughout the audit lifecycle. Your contributions will include preparing materials for committee review and maintaining comprehensive audit records. Proven organizational skills and a commitment to customer service are critical for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage audit documentation and correspondence effectively
• Serve as a liaison between auditors and auditees
• Compile materials for the Audit Review Committee
• Maintain and track deadlines for audits
• Ensure new committee members are onboarded successfully
Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant experience in coordination or administration
• Bachelor's degree in a related area preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in essential office tools and software
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Drive continuous improvement in audit processes while contributing to public safety at Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia.
