TEEMA seeks a motivated Investment Operations Specialist to deliver world-class service in Burnaby, BC. This role centers around client-facing responsibilities, operational processes, and cross-team collaboration. You will be instrumental in onboarding and maintaining client records while driving innovative operational solutions within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact for client inquiries
• Facilitate account openings and client record upkeep
• Execute operational functions such as KYC and processing
• Validate client transactions accurately
• Collaborate with global teams for efficient operations
Requirements:
• Strong academic background with an undergraduate degree
• 1–3 years of experience including internships
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
• Strong integrity and collaboration mindset
