As a Senior Business Process Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the Warehousing & Logistics operations. Your focus will be on identifying gaps in current processes, coordinating project initiatives, and implementing relevant technology solutions. This position demands strong analytical skills, project management experience, and the ability to work flexibly with a global team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support overall business readiness for projects and initiatives

• Identify gaps in business processes and devise solutions

• Define requirements for future projects and processes

• Liaise between operations and business teams

• Develop and maintain training documentation for logistics processes
Requirements:

• 5+ years in Warehousing & Logistics roles

• Post-secondary education in relevant fields

• Experience in project management and systems implementation

• Strong analytical skills and ERP knowledge

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
