Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee contract administration and arbitration processes
• Organize and support strike-related initiatives

Requirements:
• Background in negotiating collective agreements
• Capacity to work with complex problems
• Knowledgeable in contract administration
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills
