Ideal Siding is on the lookout for a motivated Business Development Manager. This mid-career role requires strong relationship-building and organizational skills. The successful candidate will identify and cultivate partnerships that add significant value to the franchise network while supporting overall growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and research potential suppliers and partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry contacts
• Develop preferred vendor and referral programs
• Support negotiations and setup of partner initiatives
• Work closely with franchisees to align on needs
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in business development or account management
• Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
• Experience with CRM tools like Hub Spot or Salesforce
• Organized and able to manage multiple communications
• Comfortable initiating conversations with new contacts
