Position: Retirement Living Consultant
Location: New Westminster

Reports To: Executive Director / General Manager
Job Status: Full-Time
Pay: $55,000–$60,000
Location: Onsite York Region (Aurora, Newmarket, Richmond Hill)

Your Day-to-Day

  • Drive occupancy, move-ins, and revenue targets
  • Manage full sales cycle: inquiries, tours, follow-ups, and closing
  • Conduct personalized residence tours
  • Maintain CRM, pipeline, and accurate forecasting
  • Execute local outreach and build referral relationships
  • Attend community events and generate qualified leads
  • Provide empathetic guidance to prospects and families through decision-making and move-in
  • Ensure smooth transition in collaboration with operations teams
  • Track sales activity, leads, and performance metrics
  • Monitor local market and competitors
  • What You Bring

  • 2+ years consultative or relationship-based sales experience preferred
  • Experience in retirement living, healthcare, or hospitality an asset
  • Strong sales performance and CRM skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Valid driver’s license and access to transportation
  • Business/marketing education an asset
  • Working Conditions
