Become a key player in managing Burnaby's parks as a full-time Planner for Parks Asset Management. Focus on optimizing asset systems and enhancing operational workflows.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Parks Asset Management Program, which includes developing sustainable asset management strategies and analyzing maintenance data. The objective is to ensure all parks assets, including fixtures and structures, are effectively maintained and preserved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development of parks asset management software
• Perform asset condition assessments regularly
• Prepare necessary documentation for capital projects
• Initiate and monitor work orders for maintenance tasks
• Review work progress and oversee budget allocations
Requirements:
• Diploma in engineering, asset management, or relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
• Experience with asset management systems is beneficial
• Required valid Driver’s Licence for British Columbia
• CAMP certification is a desirable asset
