Key Responsibilities:
• Lead transformational projects across Customer Excellence initiatives
• Manage project life cycles and document business requirements
• Identify process anomalies for continued efficiencies
• Create engaging business case assessments for stakeholders
• Facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in project management or business analysis
• Strong analytical skills with proven problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce and operational systems
