In your role as Client Service Manager I, you will directly oversee client interactions related to their retirement plans. Your duties will include addressing inquiries, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting educational initiatives for clients. Your proactive approach will maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with clients regarding plan design
• Address compliance testing and service issues
• Coordinate in-person and virtual plan reviews
• Recommend educational programs for participants
• Assist with year-end requirements and documentation
Requirements:
• Up to 1 year of client service experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Strong time management capabilities
Drive impactful relationships and effective service delivery in retirement plan management at ADP.
