The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating proposal submissions for TWD's diverse projects in Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, and Renewables. Leveraging 2–4 years of experience in business development or related fields, you will engage clients while managing the proposal development process and enhancing communication efforts. Your ability to edit content and maintain exceptional organizational skills will be key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the proposal process from kickoff to submission
• Write compelling proposal content reflecting client needs
• Support market research and business tracking activities
• Manage client engagement and follow communications
• Help organize client meetings and outreach initiatives
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in business development or marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office Suite
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Relevant post-secondary education in Business or Marketing
