Position: Dynamic Proposal Specialist for Engaging Client Proposals
Engage as a Proposal Specialist to design client-focused proposals that resonate! Collaborate with various teams to develop vivid and strategic content that wins bids and drives results.
As part of the Business Development team, this role targets candidates with 3-5 years in proposal writing and communications. Lead the response development process, translating technical details into compelling narratives while ensuring adherence to submission criteria. Additionally, you’ll contribute to maintaining the proposal content library and support marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate RFQ/RFP development with interdisciplinary teams

• Generate clear, engaging proposal narratives and visuals

• Verify compliance with submission criteria and bid details

• Edit and proofread all technical and marketing documents

• Create customized case studies to bolster proposals
Requirements:

• Legally eligible to work in Canada

• Experience or training in writing proposals

• Minimum of 3-5 years in bid development

• Familiarity with the facilities management sector

• Exceptional writing, editing, and analytical skills
