This senior role within SFU’s Partnerships Hub will lead strategic initiatives that enhance collaboration with industry, government, and community entities. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will engage in developing sustainable, impactful partnerships. Your strategic oversight and negotiation skills will be instrumental in creating avenues for revenue generation and strengthening SFU’s position in the educational landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and manage external partnerships for SFU
• Oversee complex agreement negotiations for maximum benefit
• Align university capabilities with market trends
• Direct a team to enhance partnership opportunities
• Evaluate partnership effectiveness and long-term value
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a relevant field required
• Eight years’ experience in strategic alliance management
• Skilled in securing multi-million dollar partnerships
• Comprehensive knowledge of partnership development practices
• Proven ability to analyze ROI and business cases
