Regional Sales Director

Our client is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead sales operations within an assigned territory.
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing regional sales strategies, and leading a high‑performing sales team.
The successful candidate will combine strong leadership, customer relationship management, and operational discipline to achieve consistent business results.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales professionals
Identify and pursue current business opportunities while strengthening key customer relationships
Monitor pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics using CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and operational alignment
Qualifications 5+ years of B2B or industrial sales experience
Proven leadership experience managing sales teams
Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Ability to travel within the assigned region
