Position: B2B Pricing Specialist at Goodyear
Maximize pricing strategies with Goodyear as a B2B Pricing Capabilities Specialist. Bring your expertise in pricing tools and compliance to support North American product teams.

In this full-time role based in Ontario, you'll manage Canada-specific pricing activities, executing price settings and supporting rebate programs. With over three years of experience in sales or operations, you will collaborate cross-functionally with IT and Pricing Operations. Your insights will enhance revenue margins by ensuring compliance with business and SOX controls while promoting the adoption of best practices across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process price setting for Canada across North America

• Partner with teams to execute rebates and resolve pricing issues

• Provide expert guidance on pricing tools and best practices

• Ensure compliance with business policies and SOX regulations

• Develop training materials to improve cross-functional alignment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in Sales or Operations

• 2+ years in B2B pricing processes and tools

• Experience in project management and process improvement

• Fluency in English;
French proficiency preferred
