Cuso International seeks two passionate volunteers who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents for a five-month commitment.
Your role will include collaborating with private sector companies to assess skill shortages and aligning training initiatives for youth and women. You will support partners in embracing economic facilitation methods to improve outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct skill assessments among local private sector partners
• Facilitate partner workshops on financial strategies
• Organize events to promote collaborative opportunities
• Develop frameworks to assess job creation among vulnerable groups
• Train partners to gather and utilize employment data
Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Knowledgeable in strategic planning and business development
• Experience in the private sector and relationship-building
• Able to work in diverse teams and settings
• Fluent in Spanish at Advanced Level 4
