As a key player in product operations, your mission will be to translate complex processes into straightforward workflows that drive innovation. This role prioritizes effective documentation and active coaching, ensuring teams grasp how to leverage the new operating model. Partner with product leaders and engineering teams to tackle challenges and enhance workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize the end-to-end product lifecycle

• Manage the centralized Product Taxonomy governance structure

• Implement innovative solutions with Jira and Confluence

• Produce extensive documentation and playbooks

• Guide teams in correcting workflow anti-patterns

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a product-driven setting

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Skilled in Jira, Confluence, and similar systems

• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
