In this position, you'll manage the daily operations of the sales floor, ensuring every guest receives personalized attention during their purchasing experience. You'll also be responsible for coaching team members and managing guest interactions to meet acquisition goals. Embedding customer experience in the sales process is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee sales activities for customer engagement
• Provide training to Guest Advisors to enhance service
• Deliver a warm, professional experience for guests
• Use Dealer Socket CRM to manage leads effectively
• Drive appointment-setting efforts for increased traffic
Requirements:
• Relevant automotive and client support experience
• Exceptional communication skills, English fluency required
• Strong passion for customer satisfaction
• Willingness to learn and evolve with the team
• Valid BC Driver's License needed
