Aunt Leah’s Place Systems Integration Lead

Location: New Westminster

Lead transformative integration initiatives at Aunt Leah’s Place as a Service Delivery Systems & Integration Lead. This full-time, hybrid role spans New Westminster and supports vulnerable populations.

This contract position is instrumental in developing comprehensive service delivery frameworks alongside the Executive Director and management team. Your leadership will focus on aligning programs and systems across various service areas, ensuring effective implementation and long-term sustainability. Utilize your expertise in accreditation frameworks and project leadership to influence positive outcomes for youth and families in need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement service delivery frameworks

• Align housing, education, and life-skills programs

• Standardize policies and documentation procedures

• Establish metrics and quality improvement processes

• Assess and optimize organizational structures

Requirements:

• Leadership in nonprofit service delivery and social services

• Experience in organizational design and systems integration

• Familiarity with CARF accreditation requirements

• Strong facilitation and documentation skills

• Valid criminal record check and adherence to ethical standards
