As the Business Architecture Leader in the Strategy & Partnerships team, you will focus on enterprise-level advisory services to ensure effective transformation across various business units. Rather than daily project tasks, you will guide strategic frameworks and blueprints essential for organizational growth. Your extensive experience in enterprise operations or transformation will support impactful changes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and govern enterprise-level architecture frameworks
• Define strategic objectives and ensure alignment across initiatives
• Conduct workshops for current and future operating model discussions
• Maintain architectural artifacts for strategic planning
• Guide cross-functional teams on OKRs and transformations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• At least 5 years in business architecture or transformation roles
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid knowledge of insurance operations
