Position: Head of Product for AI Fintech Platform
Lead product strategy at Auxo's AI-driven fintech platform in Toronto or Montreal. Shape the digital future of finance by overseeing product portfolios and guiding a team of Product Managers.

Auxo is seeking a Head of Product with deep expertise in product management and fintech. In this full-time role, you will drive the product roadmap and make crucial strategic decisions for a growing suite of AI products. You will work closely with founders and actively mentor PMs, playing a pivotal role in transforming the platform into a revenue-generating powerhouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy and roadmap across the portfolio

• Determine product investment priorities and strategic bets

• Drive customer discovery and market validation sessions

• Develop product positioning and compelling value propositions

• Mentor and guide the growth of Product Managers

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Product Management experience

• 2+ years of mentoring Product Managers

• Proven record in SaaS or multi-product environments

• Familiarity with fintech or related domains

• Strong storytelling and product positioning skills
