In this dynamic role, you will act as the primary contact for policy queries while working closely with Business Development Managers and external partners. Focused on operational excellence, you'll implement process improvements, facilitate team engagement, and provide training materials. Your contributions will support business objectives by refining documentation and ensuring compliance across transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and manage sales support queues efficiently
• Process credit applications and monitor transaction compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalations
• Analyze workflows and implement necessary enhancements
• Lead change initiatives to enhance sales processes
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–5 years' experience in financial services
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset
• Self-directed with excellent organizational abilities
