In the role of Operations Analyst, you will support business objectives by enhancing operational processes and developing solutions. You will play a key role in onboarding vendors, conducting operational analysis, and ensuring program compliance. Expect to collaborate with various departments, delivering impactful strategies that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Business Development in new product onboarding

• Maintain compliance with provincial and internal policies

• Facilitate Document Control and update transactional documents

• Manage the vendor onboarding and verification process

• Analyze operational workflows for improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant area

• 5+ years of experience in commercial finance

• Strong technical and analytical skills

• Proficiency in CRM, document automation tools

• Knowledge of lease law and compliance
