Match Box Consulting Group is seeking a Training Logistics Coordinator to support one of British Columbia's largest utility providers on a major enterprise technology transformation initiative. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating training programs, managing logistics, and supporting large-scale organizational change initiatives.
The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating training delivery and logistics for a complex modernization program impacting more than 1,000 employees and contractors.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate training schedules, participant registrations, facilities, equipment, and catering for project training sessions.
Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to gather and confirm training requirements.
Support the development, organization, and distribution of training materials, presentations, job aids, guides, and communications.
Coordinate training delivery activities and provide logistical support to instructors and participants.
Monitor training participation, maintain accurate records, and support reporting on training progress and completion.
Assist with stakeholder engagement and communications related to training activities.
Evaluate training effectiveness, capture lessons learned, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and transition training sustainment materials and documentation to business operations.
Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and training records.
Support organizational change initiatives through effective coordination and administration.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Arts, Science, Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience coordinating training, learning programs, or project support activities.
Experience supporting training delivery within a project environment.
Exceptional organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong reporting capabilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
Comfortable supporting training sessions and working with diverse stakeholder groups.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with SharePoint.
Experience supporting large business transformation or technology implementation projects.
PROSCI Certification or exposure to change management methodologies.
Project Management experience.
Experience with Camtasia or video editing software.
