Drive student engagement as a Student Recruitment Specialist at BCIT! This full-time position emphasizes innovative outreach strategies to attract students to the School of Business + Media.
You'll be responsible for nurturing relationships with secondary and post-secondary institutions while promoting the Insurance and Risk Management program.
Your role involves creating materials, attending recruitment events, and conducting personal follow-ups. This position is essential to connecting potential students with valuable educational opportunities at BCIT.
Key Responsibilities:
• Share program information with targeted audiences
• Attend recruitment events and showcase BCIT offerings
• Create recruitment packages and presentation materials
• Build connections with educational institutions
• Conduct follow-up visits and presentations with industry associations
Requirements:
• Two years of relevant marketing or sales experience
• Proficient in presentation technology and MS Office
• Strong public speaking and relationship-building skills
• Valid BC Driver’s License required
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
