Key Responsibilities:
• Lead current-state assessments and future-state design initiatives
• Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements

• Support CRM and case management platform modernization
Requirements:
• 7 years of experience in business analysis or related roles
• Business Analysis certification preferred
• Expertise in process improvement initiatives
• Strong facilitation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities
