Position: Dispatcher for HVAC Service
Become a Dispatch Operator at Broadway Refrigeration & Air Conditioning in Burnaby, BC, where your communication skills drive operational efficiency. This full-time role focuses on scheduling and customer updates in our service department.

In this dynamic role, you'll triage incoming service requests, prioritize tasks, and schedule technicians efficiently. You'll collaborate closely with the General Manager and other departments to maintain Broadway's commitment to urgency and safety. Your ability to manage multiple tasks will help keep our operations running smoothly across the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage and prioritize inbound service calls effectively

• Build efficient schedules and routes for technicians

• Coordinate parts, tools, and vendor requirements

• Communicate proactively with customers about service updates

• Monitor safety compliance and site orientations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in dispatch or service coordination

• Strong multitasking and time management skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Proficient with dispatch software and Microsoft 365

• Familiarity with Metro Vancouver geography
