Be part of a team that designs and delivers complex security systems for critical infrastructure-including police stations, hospitals, and hydroelectric dams-that help keep our communities safe.
We’re looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to support Project Managers and Estimators across multiple active projects. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate project information, coordinating key workflows, supporting submittals, tracking materials, updating internal systems, and assisting with closeout documentation.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You’ll play an important role in supporting major security projects across British Columbia while working in a collaborative environment that encourages learning, growth, and continuous improvement.
Here’s how your role will strengthen our team.
Your responsibilities- Support Project Managers and Estimators with coordination, administration, and documentation across multiple active projects
- Maintain organized project files, drawings, specifications, submittals, records, and tracking logs in accordance with company standards
- Coordinate and track submittals, RFIs, materials, equipment, supplier order status, deliveries, and outstanding project items
- Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to support timely information flow and project coordination
- Attend meetings, prepare minutes, track action items, and follow up on key deliverables
- Update CRM and internal systems to keep project information accurate and current
- Support project closeout, including operations and maintenance manuals (O&M), warranties, and turnover documentation
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years of experience in a similar project coordination or administrative support role
- Experience with document control, file management, scheduling, data entry, meeting minutes
- Strong computer skills using MS Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and team player with strong customer service skills
- Flexible and comfortable working in a changing, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Security Technology Systems including access control, CCTV and intrusion detection, is an asset
