Position: Hybrid Business Continuity Advisor Role
Enhance BC Housing’s resilience as a Business Continuity Advisor based in Burnaby, BC. This full-time hybrid role emphasizes strategic planning and organizational preparedness.

Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Risk Management, you will be responsible for the design and management of the Business Continuity Planning function.

Your role will involve comprehensive assessments of BCP maturity, engaging stakeholders, and reporting to executive leadership. Your experience in business continuity and risk management will be pivotal in driving organizational strategies and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the BCP framework in alignment with goals

• Conduct ongoing assessments and reporting to the Board

• Collaborate with various departments to enhance BCP culture

• Manage projects from inception through implementation

• Facilitate training and awareness programs across the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline

• Significant experience in business continuity and risk roles

• Familiarity with public sector regulations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data visualization technologies

• Strong communication and analytical proficiency
