- The candidate will be responsible for leading and facilitating environmental incident investigations.
- The candidate will be responsible for coordinating resourcing and work of the investigation team.
- The candidate will be responsible for compiling evidence to identify causes of incidents and may consult subject matter experts if required.
- The candidate will be responsible for preparing investigation reports with input from the investigation team for distribution.
- The candidate will be responsible for acting as the subject matter expert in the development of corrective action plans (CAP).
- The candidate will be responsible for consulting and obtaining acceptance with CAP owners.
- The candidate will be responsible for tracking and following up with CAP owners on progress if required.
- The candidate will be responsible for auditing effectiveness of corrective actions upon completion and implementation.
- The candidate will be responsible for project management of environmental audit programs by preparing audit terms of references (TORs).
- The candidate will be responsible for administering contract work.
- The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with TORs and deliverables are met.
- The candidate will be responsible for publishing final audit reports and corrective actions.
- The candidate will be responsible for project management of Environmental Compliance Evaluations (ECE) by providing input into the annual program.
- The candidate will be responsible for preparing ECE-related documentation, budgets and TORs.
- The candidate will be responsible for coordinating resourcing and logistics for site visits.
- The candidate will be responsible for compiling evidence through interviews, documentation and site observations.
- The candidate will be responsible for working with responsible managers to develop CAPs as required.
- The candidate will be responsible for preparing and distributing reports.
- The candidate will be responsible for ensuring technical data accuracy in the Environmental Incident Management System (EIMS).
- The candidate will be responsible for reviewing environmental incident data for completeness and engaging with relevant parties to clarify and rectify discrepancies as necessary.
- The candidate will be responsible for providing guidance to users on incident reporting and data input requirements to ensure data integrity.
- The candidate will be responsible for acting as the Environment training program lead by maintaining training course inventory, content and guideline requirements with Environment content owners and Training Services.
- The candidate will be responsible for ensuring changes in regulations or internal processes are updated in course content.
- The candidate will be responsible for leading course development projects to prioritize work.
- The candidate will be responsible for coordinating work with vendors and content owners.
- The candidate will be responsible for tracking workplans and budgets.
- The candidate will be responsible for recommending solutions to resolve issues.
- The candidate will be responsible for preparing and distributing environmental and business performance reports for management.
- The candidate will be responsible for supporting enterprise-wide monthly communications on priority incidents and relevant messaging.
- The candidate will be responsible for sustaining environmental data management and analytics by developing and maintaining databases, statistical spreadsheets and analytical tools.
