This senior role requires a candidate with extensive agency and in-house experience ready to influence Clio’s brand identity. You will guide teams in creative strategy and ensure alignment across various channels while structuring a robust design system. Your leadership and clear communication will be vital in advocating for impactful design decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead visual direction on multi-channel brand initiatives

• Manage comprehensive projects from creative concept to execution

• Identify needs for visual brand evolution and lead the way

• Develop design frameworks for scalable brand initiatives

• Mentor and uplift junior and intermediate designers

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of brand design experience

• Proven portfolio illustrating leadership in brand projects

• Strong knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud

• Expertise in motion design and AI design tools

• Excellent presentation skills for marketing audiences
