You will tailor specific events to the right locations, efficiently utilizing space and resources while maintaining a high level of customer service. Quick problem-solving and effective communication are key skills needed to navigate the diverse needs of clients and the academic community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate logistics for internal and external events
• Liaise with security and technical teams for event needs
• Monitor and troubleshoot event operations as needed
• Tailor events to appropriate campus locations
• Collaborate with catering and external providers
Requirements:
• High School graduation plus related training
• Minimum 3 years of event planning experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Flexibility to meet diverse client needs
