Position: Product Designer for Clio’s Customer Journey
Elevate user onboarding at Clio as a Senior Product Designer. Focus on designing impactful activation experiences for law firms, ensuring new customers thrive from day one.

In this pivotal role within Clio's Product Led Growth team, you will be responsible for designing the essential first 120 days of customer interaction. Your designs will guide users through meaningful experiences that encourage daily usage and deeper engagement with our products. Partner with various teams to ensure that onboarding solutions meet and exceed customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own onboarding design from setup to habit formation

• Craft in-product guidance like checklists and tooltips

• Collaborate to define active customer metrics

• Optimize workflows for onboarding specialists

• Contribute design solutions with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably SaaS/B2B

• Proven ability to design onboarding and activation journeys

• Skilled in user research and design metrics analysis

• Proficient with tools like Figma

• Strong grasp of usability and interaction design principles
