Mid-Level Graphic Designer

In this full-time position, you will become an integral part of our dynamic proposals team within the Infrastructure Business Development department. You will be responsible for leading creative projects from concept to delivery, developing branding, layouts, and compelling visuals for proposals and presentations. Ideal candidates will have advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead creative projects from concept to completion

• Collaborate with subject matter experts for branding and layouts

• Develop visually compelling proposal documents and marketing materials

• Communicate Kiewit’s brand effectively

• Manage print production and vendor communication

Requirements:

• BA in Graphic Design or related field

• 3+ years in a graphic design role

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator)

• Strong understanding of graphic design principles

• Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
