• Collaborate closely with the creative team to conceptualize and produce 3D models, animations, and visual effects that align with project goals and timelines.
• Develop high-quality 3D assets for various media, including games, films, and marketing materials, ensuring adherence to the company’s artistic vision.
• Utilize industry-standard software to create and refine 3D models, textures, and animations, ensuring they meet technical specifications and quality standards.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and solutions for visual storytelling and design challenges.
• Conduct thorough research to stay updated on industry trends and techniques, applying new knowledge to enhance the quality of your work.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and development, to ensure a cohesive approach to project execution and delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to 3D asset creation and integration, ensuring a smooth workflow throughout the production process.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation, ensuring that all assets are easily accessible for team members.
• Provide constructive feedback to peers and contribute to a positive team environment that fosters creativity and collaboration.
• Assist in the development of project timelines and milestones, ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Present work-in-progress and final assets to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance the final output.
• Mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge to help them grow in their roles.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in 3D modeling, animation, and visual effects, preferably in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max, along with experience in rendering engines like V-Ray or Arnold.
• Strong understanding of 3D principles, including modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with excellent communication skills.
• A solid portfolio showcasing a range of 3D projects, highlighting your skills and creativity.
• Familiarity with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine is a plus.

• Experience in character modeling and rigging, with a keen eye for detail in anatomy and movement.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or MEL to streamline workflows and automate tasks.
• Background in traditional art or illustration, providing a strong foundation for 3D design.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced production environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
