** People Leadership –
** Lead and coach a high performing sales team of, Advisors, and Representatives to deepen client relationships and grow business to CIBC. Provide meaningful development opportunities for employees and challenge people at all levels to re-think the way they do business. Advocate for CIBC within the community to recruit employees who share and demonstrate our values.  This person would have 4-5 years of people leadership experience leading across multiple locations and complexity of assets under management·
