Property Financial Reporting Accountant

Lead financial reporting for income properties as a Property Accountant. Oversee budgeting, reconciliations, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure financial integrity.

You will manage the full-cycle accounting for a designated portfolio while working proactively to resolve financial issues. This role allows you to play a key part in enhancing the financial transparency and reporting processes while maintaining essential relationships across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain general ledger ensuring GAAP compliance

• Calculate monthly management fees and chargebacks

• Prepare interim and year-end financial reports

• Review and approve employee expense reimbursements

• Assist in special projects as needed

Requirements:

• Accounting designation (CMA, CGA, CA, CPA)

• At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience

• Proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong analytical and attention to detail

• Effective communication skills and team collaboration
