As part of BCAA, you’ll lead a financial analysis team, guiding monthly forecasting and operational planning across key areas like insurance and car share services. Your analysis will provide crucial insights on risks and performance recommendations presented to the executive team. Additionally, you’ll partake in reviewing capital projects and optimally managing analytical tools for transparency in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead monthly financial forecasting and reporting processes
• Analyze data for executive analysis and commentary
• Prepare reports for board and executives
• Evaluate and construct capital expenditure proposals
• Manage and improve financial analytical tools
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or similar
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis
• Advanced skills in Excel;
Power BI and Workday experience preferred
• CPA or CFA certification preferred
• Strong rapport-building skills at all levels of the organization
