Join Inkeros as a Senior Lead Accountant in Vancouver and play a vital role in financial management. This on-site position is focused on execution and innovation while shaping the financial foundations of our operations.

In this role, you’ll manage the day-to-day accounting functions, oversee payroll administration, and facilitate audits. Your contributions will directly support decision-making processes and help enhance internal controls and compliance. Working closely with leadership, you’ll also play a part in budgeting and forecasting initiatives while driving system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting and bank reconciliations

• Execute payroll processing across provinces

• Prepare financial statements and cost analysis reports

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations

• Seek process enhancements through automation

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in accounting, preferably in high-growth industries

• Understanding of U.S. GAAP is beneficial

• Experience with Quick Books Online

• Advanced Excel skills and BI tool knowledge

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
