In this contract role, you will utilize over 5 years of accounting expertise, particularly within senior living or real estate. Your responsibilities will involve hands-on support with Yardi Voyager implementation and ongoing operations, including GL, AP, AR activities, and financial reporting. Collaborate with finance teams to ensure effective system utilization and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Yardi setup, testing, and process improvements

• Assist with financial reporting and audits

• Oversee multi-entity reconciliations and payroll allocations

• Develop documentation and train teams on Yardi workflows

• Identify process improvements for enhanced accuracy

Requirements:

• 5+ years of property management accounting experience

• Strong operational support experience in Yardi Voyager

• Comprehensive knowledge of financial reporting processes

• Advanced proficiency with Excel and reporting tools

• CPA qualification or progress towards it is an asset
