In this full-time role of 37.5 hours per week, you'll focus on customer needs and guide them towards appropriate banking solutions. Your responsibilities will also include educating customers on digital banking trends, resolving issues, and supporting transaction processes. Building relationships while delivering exceptional service is key to your success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers with day-to-day banking advice
• Guide clients to suitable solutions based on needs
• Educate customers on digital banking tools
• Support staff with cash and non-cash transactions
• Recommend operational improvements for service excellence
Requirements:
• High school diploma plus 1+ years experience
• Investment Funds Canada certification required post-hire
• Preferred relevant post-secondary degree
• Proficient in MS Office and banking software
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction
