Drive financial excellence with Make Space as an Accounting Manager. This strategic role offers a blend of financial leadership and operational collaboration in a fast-growing environment.
Reporting directly to the Controller, you will play an integral part in managing financial reporting across diverse locations owned by Make Space. Your responsibilities will encompass supporting the annual budgeting process, enhancing internal controls, and coaching a team of property accountants. The ideal candidate will possess advanced accounting skills and a passion for enhancing business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead monthly financial reporting cycles across entities
• Act as finance liaison to operational managers
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Oversee indirect tax filings and compliance
• Drive process improvements in accounting functions
Requirements:
• CPA designation or nearing completion
• Minimum of 5 years in accounting with leadership experience
• Strong familiarity with accounting software
• Background in multi-location environments
• Effective communicator of financial data
