Collections Accounts Manager Hybrid Bilingual

Ritchie Brothers is seeking a Bilingual Collections Accounts Manager for a part-time, hybrid role in Burnaby, BC. This position focuses on efficiently managing collections while enhancing account resolutions.

The successful candidate will bring five years of collections experience from auto loans or commercial accounts. You will prioritize outstanding collections, identify areas for process improvement, and engage in negotiations with customers to secure payments. Your proactive problem-solving skills will be critical in reducing collapse rates and addressing operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct collections for commercial and consumer accounts

• Prioritize accounts effectively for timely resolutions

• Identify and recommend solutions for process gaps

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years in collections required
