Position: Accounting Manager at Make Space

Join Make Space as an Accounting Manager and influence financial decisions across a growing network. This hands-on role focuses on leadership, financial reporting, and operational efficiency.

As part of the Finance team, you will collaborate closely with operations and executive leadership, directly impacting the financial success of multiple sites.

Your role will include managing day-to-day financial reporting, ensuring compliance, and fostering effective communication between Finance and Operations. We seek a proactive leader passionate about process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly and quarterly financial closures

• Collaborate with managers to translate financial data

• Manage tax compliance processes effectively

• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts

• Lead initiatives to improve accounting processes

Requirements:

• CPA designation or close to completion

• 5+ years of accounting experience with supervision

• Knowledge in accounting software systems

• Experience with in real estate or similar industries

• Skill in converting financial data into insights
