Position: Senior Compliance Officer - PayVia Dubai
Take on the pivotal role of Senior Compliance Officer at Pay Via in Dubai. Lead compliance for our AML/CFT programs in the fast-paced fintech sector.

As a seasoned compliance professional, you will run the entire AML/CFT framework while acting as Pay Via’s designated MLRO.

Your role involves critical responsibilities in transaction monitoring, client onboarding, and policy development. A strong grasp of regulatory compliance, particularly FINTRAC and PCMLTFA, is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee AML/CFT compliance frameworks

• Lead as MLRO for regulatory inquiries and audits

• Manage transaction monitoring and investigations

• Author compliance policies aligned with regulations

• Ensure comprehensive client onboarding and risk assessments

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in the compliance field, senior experience preferred

• Direct experience with FINTRAC regulations

• Strong knowledge of transaction monitoring systems

• Proficiency in compliance policy creation

• CAMS certification or equivalent required
