As a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, you will engage with customers to understand their financial needs, educate them about banking products, and recommend appropriate channels and team members for support. You'll also contribute to maintaining efficient branch operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients to provide personalized service
• Educate customers on banking products and digital tools
• Support staff with transaction accuracy and issue resolution
• Improve processes for better customer interactions
• Ensure documentation complies with regulations and policies
Requirements:
• High School diploma or relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and banking applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting
• Geographic mobility within assigned districts required
