Financial Analyst

Position: Vancouver Coastal Health Financial Analyst

In this role, you will work under the Finance Director/Manager to deliver critical support across program areas through financial monitoring and analysis. You'll contribute to strategic planning initiatives, assess expenditure patterns, and provide insightful forecasts that guide decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess fiscal performance relative to budgets

• Conduct and report financial analyses on departmental efficiencies

• Develop databases and spreadsheets to forecast financial outcomes

• Assist with operational reviews and performance measurements

• Provide technical support to team members for financial queries

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

• CPA, CA, CGA, or CMA designation is required

• A minimum of five years of related financial experience

• Strong skills in financial software and analysis tools

• Proven ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels
